Please ensure you are affiliated with an HTAsiaLink member or associate member organisation. You may consult the HTAsiaLink Members List for verification.
Not an HTAsiaLink member yet? If you are working in a non-profit and haven't joined us through an organisation, we'd love to have you as an Individual Member! Come and be part of our HTA community—simply click the “Apply for Individual Membership” button below to get started.
Please note that individuals affiliated with the for-profit industry are not eligible for membership within the HTAsiaLink network.
Registration Guidelines for Non-HTAsiaLink Members
Pre-Conference Workshops Only
If you wish to register solely for the Pre-Conference Workshops, you may proceed with the registration via the “Non-HTAsiaLink Members” button below. Please note that non-members are eligible to attend workshops only.
Main Conference Access (A Two-Step Process)
Membership is required for the Main Conference. Please complete both steps together:
Click the “Apply for Individual Membership” button below to submit your membership application.
Click the “HTAsiaLink Members” button below to complete your conference registration.
Membership Approval
The Secretariat will review your eligibility and registration status. Upon approval of your membership, you will receive an official notification from htasialink.secretariat@htasialinknetwork.org.
Registration Confirmation
Following your membership approval, the system will subsequently issue a Registration Confirmation email to confirm your seat at the conference.
